The Oaks Course

Overview

The “Oaks” course, so named because of the abundance of oak trees throughout the course was designed by the renowned professional golfer, coach and course designer John Jacobs in conjunction with founder, John Corby. The course which overlooks Northampton town from a truly spectacular vantage point opened in 1976 and has since established itself as a beautiful and picturesque mature parkland course. Measuring 6,184 from the back tees, The Oaks presents a challenging test of golf with quite possibly the hardest “set” of par 3 holes in the county.
